We carved our pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns last night. The boys cleaned out the insides and assisted with the carving. We baked some of the seeds, which Cole and I mostly ate. It's hard to believe Halloween will be here this weekend.
I love your pumpkins, especailly the boo one! We love roasting the seeds too, a fun halloween tradition! Have fun tricker treating in our favoite little town!

Kristin, how do you get the gunk and the seeds separated? I always set out to roast my seeds and then just get too grossed out.
